Brief

As part of a planning application, Dorset Council required a Tree Survey based on BS5837: Trees in relation to Design, Construction and Demolition to assess the impact of the proposed on work on the trees on the site.

Works

A Tree Condition Survey to categorise each tree and group of trees according to their condition was carried out as well as an Arboricultural Impact Assessment, a Method Statement was included in the report as well as a Tree Protection Plan.

Results

The survey, report and plan was provided to the client as a PDF which was submitted to Dorset Council as part of the planning application.
