Brief

A tree condition survey was required for an ash tree on a property near Falmouth that has a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). The tree was situated on a riverbank. As the tree had poor vitality, the local tree officer for the Falmouth area recommended a tree inspection and an arborist report. This would be required for the planning application in order to carry out works.

Works

The fallen branch showed evidence of decay and cracking. We carried out a full tree inspection, including some aerial inspection.

Results

A full tree survey report was produced, with recommendations for a plan of action and proposed work to minimise further branch failures and decay. The work was carried out in conjunction with another local tree surgery company.
