Brief

A tree condition survey was required for the trees on the property that have Tree Preservation Orders (TPO). The trees along the frontage of the property required pruning to allow space for the carstock, pedestrian access along the pavement, cameras and streetlights.They are protected by TPOs therefore an arborist report was required alongside the planning application to the local authority to carry out works.

Works

A tree survey was carried out and a report was produced which included pruning recommendations that are compliant with British Standards.

Results

The client submitted the arborist report to support the application to the local authority to carry out works to trees with preservations orders.
